The receipt as a package must be acknowledged by the delivery person. In comparison to many other transport companies, DHL also increases on Saturdays. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the delivery is deposited with a neighbor or at the post office. There you can pick up the delivery within 5 working days.

Alternatively, you can have the order delivered to a DHL Packstation (one-time registration required). In many larger cities this is now available. This service is offered exclusively by DHL and represents a good alternative if you are rarely at home and can not accept packages. At the Packstation, you can pick up a deposited shipment around the clock.

When ordering with delivery to a DHL Packstation, please enter your DHL customer number in the address field "Company" and the number of the Packstation in the address field "Street and House number".

If there are delays in delivery, you will always receive an e-mail with up-to-date information and currently known delivery data. So you are always informed about the current status of your order.

After your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation with a tracking number (only for DHL package shipping, not for standard shipping). Please note that we cannot send parcels on Saturdays and Sundays.

If your delivery address has been sent to you by us wrongly and the shipment is returned to us, we must resend the package at your expense.

Delivery upon payment with immediate payment (Klarna)

You can pay quickly, easily and securely with Klarna.
You do not have to register, simply and securely pay with your online banking data. At Klarna.de you can carry out a normal online transfer at your bank, with the special feature that the transfer confirmation from the bank goes to Sofortüberweisung.de, which in turn confirms the payment and also guarantees that the money will be received later. Delivery with payment in advance: 

The payment is made by prepayment as a rule by a transfer. Once the order has been completed, you will receive an "order confirmation" by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find all necessary information about payment by banktransferThe transfer period is 1 - 3 days. If the prepayment is received, your order will be processed and sent as soon as possible.
For the payment method "advance transfer / prepayment", the invoice amount is to be transferred in advance to the account specified there after receipt of the order confirmation, which contains all information for the transfer, within 7 days from the date of delivery and by e-mail. Should no payment be registered with us within these 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
 

 

Delivery with payment via Paypal:

Payments are made by Paypal. Paypal can be paid by credit card, giropay or bank account.
During the ordering process, they are automatically forwarded to the Paypal page. There you can then make the payment with just a few mouse clicks. The duration of the payment varies from one minute to 5 days, depending on whether you have been a long time with Paypal customer or recently opened a new account and the one-time verification by Paypal still pending.

Deliveries which have been paid by Paypal will generally be delivered to Paypal's address and paid by Paypal.
